SYNCHRONOUS & ASYNCHRONOUS COURSES
INCORPORATING SOSI-M AND COP-R INTO CLINICAL PRACTICE
These two courses are the only ones officially approved and taught by the SOSI-M and COP-R authors
DESCRIPTION This course provides training in the theory, administration, scoring, and interpretation of two standardized sensory integration assessments: the SOSI-M (ages 5–14) and the COP-R. These tools help clinicians identify sensory-motor issues related to proprioception, vestibular processing, postural control, and motor planning. Participants will learn to accurately observe, score, and interpret results using structured methods. A passing score of 75% on a multiple-choice exam is required.
Synchronous: 7 hours
Asynchronous: 8 hours
1.5 CEUs (15 contact hours)

EVALUATION SERIES
DESCRIPTION This course focuses on the comprehensive assessment of children’s developmental skills, functional behavior, and participation. Participants will gain insights into various assessment tools relevant to children with several diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders, neuromotor disabilities, sensory processing disorders, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Each module focuses on different skills and assessments, and can be taken separately depending on the participant’s interest.
Asynchronous
Clinical Reasoning in the Assessment Process (1 hour)
Assessing Proprioception using the COP-R (1 hour)
Assessing Handwriting (1 hour)
